The case study deliverable is expected to be a high quality paper having three parts, which will be turned in at different times during the

Structure: The paper will have three parts. Each part will have a thesis paragraph followed by three subsections of detailed argument/discussion, followed by a conclusion section. The latter will go back to the thesis and explain how the arguments/discussions support the thesis. On the final submission, both an abstract section and an overall Summary/Conclusion section will be provided. References will be added at the end of the paper as each part is added to the document.

    do this?

well in its utilization of this technology?
Conclusion: How do the arguments and discussions given in the above three sections support the thesis?

Part 3: This section will cover the Amazon.com® innovation called “Kindle,” and both the service and
