Write a research paper of the benefits of legalizing medical marijuana in all 50 states

The completed paper should contain a minimum of five (5) content pages and a maximum of seven (7) pages, excluding the Works Cited page. The paper should have at least five (5) philosophically recognized references. References to the textbook are not permitted. All references must be to books, articles in peer-reviewed academic journals, peer-reviewed encyclopedia entries, or other works written by recognized philosophers (not journalists, sociologists, psychologists, historians, theologians, business people, bloggers, special interest groups, Wikipedia contributors, or other nonacademic writers). You need at have at a minimum four print references (these cannot be websites). The cover page at the beginning of the paper should contain your paper’s title, along with your name, course information, etc.; the content should begin on the next page.

Your paper should have one-inch margins on all four sides of the page, with 12-point Times New Roman font and double-spaced text.

The paper should be set up as follows:
(1) Introduction
a. Briefly and generally introduce the reader to your topic
b. Provide a thesis statement (Is your issue permissible or not?)
(2) Put forward an argument
a. Begin by explaining the problem or issue
b. Make sure you define key terms
c. Discuss the implications of your view
(3) Consider the other side
a. How would some object to your view?
b. How would you defend your view, in light of these objections?
(4) Provide a conclusion
a. Reaffirm your thesis without merely restating content
b. Avoid introducing new ideas in your conclusion
c. Avoid ending your essay in a question
