    Charleston Construction is considering two objectives.

    a. The first objective is to minimize the total time to finish the project. Formulate algebraically
    the LP problem by defining the decision variables the objective function and all the constraints. Then formulate in Solver to find the optimal solution and
    the minimum time to finish the project. The company may assign each laborer to at least one but not more than two tasks to accomplish the objective.

    b. Similar to (a) above but the objective is to minimize the total cost of finishing the project.
