Trunk Show Planning
The combined event with Elegenza is so successful that Jenny, of Molten Lava, asks Starling Fashion Events to plan another small event as a lead-up to the big show. What Ms. Starling has suggested is that Molten Lava should do a “soft” opening event with a trunk show. You will be planning the trunk show of items at the store as a preopening invitation-only event. You will be tasked with sending out invitations to a select group of industry professionals and special clients, such as celebrities, media professionals, potential partners, and sponsors for the bigger fashion show event that you are coordinating for later in the season.
Tasks
In a minimum of 550 words, address the following in a Microsoft Word document:
Choose and justify the selection of professionals and celebrities to target for the event.
