For this hotel, there are 50 comments from july to september only
But you should precise that we took 50 from July for the Hotel
and 50 from July to September for the Sofitel
Maybe you think it’s better to take also from the Hotel some comments from July August and September so you can split and take 10 from sept 15 from august and 15 from September… or whatever i don’t know what is better.
And also it’s the Sofitel le Louise
and not the one you took Sofitel Brussels Europe, can you please change?
Be sure it is the good hotel on TripAdvisor, otherwise the results won’t be real.
What about “content analysis”? in 3.6 you only talked about interviews, don’t you think you need to talk about content analysis ?
because you are going to use it, to compare the different type of comments right ?

Interviews with the management to analyse the effectiveness of their responses and the effects
Is it right? or you are thinking about something else.
Don’t forget to put the Appendices with all the details about the questions, the interviews, the responses, and the comments of trip advisor to show example, its not included in the 16 pages you need to write.
