To what extent do you agree with the “importance of naming” in American society, and do you feel that individuals are judged, discriminated against, or treated differently in 21st century America due to their names?

3- I have already provided the thesis statement weeks ago, hence it can not change. The essay shall start with this thesis statement and provides supportive thoughts to prove this thesis:

“For a country that claims to be the usher in globalization and multi-cultural communities, a little effort on behalf of its citizens to learn more phonetics and pronunciations would be a valuable investment toward a happier society. Although people of the USA are very flexible in companionship with different cultures because of their history, people with uncommon names still experience some levels of segregation in their social life and working places.”
