He final dissertation must contain the following:
The cover page
The content page

Abstract
Introduction
Literature Review
Methodology
Findings and Analysis
Conclusions and Recommendations
Appendices must contain a "sample" of your data collection and be explained/ justified the tool used in the methodology chapter. You said about semi-structure interviews with 10 questions.
Appendices are helpful to provide additional information, supplemental to your research content.
References

Within every chapter you should have an introduction and brief conclusion to the content. Chapter linkage is very important, it is essential.
My tutor draw me the attention about the Harvard Reference; please cite it correctly within the text document and in the end, in the reference list as well.

I will attach the previous chapters and the other orders that were done from the very beginning concerning the dissertation.
What must to be done is the first part, the abstract, the introduction and the literature review and also the sample of the data collection mentioned in the methodology, must be in the appendices.
