My area of study is Organizational Psychology.

This order is for chapters 1, 2, and 3 of a dissertation. I will upload a dissertation that is similar to what I want to study. I was thinking the first problem could address the correlation between OCB and motivation. The second problem could address the statistical difference between the grade level in which the paraprofessional is assigned and their scores for motivation and OCB. I do not have a problem looking at gender too, but I am not sure if there are enough male paraprofessionals to survey. What do you think?

Also, I would like to administer electronic surveys rather than have participants mail them to me. I would, however, need to get permission from someone in the school system (not sure who that is yet – Maybe Talent Management; that’s our HR dept) to send the surveys via the school system’s network and to the paraprofessionals’ work email accounts.

In addition to the dissertation, I will upload the checklist for a quantitative study and the dissertation checklist. They specify what needs to be in each chapter. The school strictly follows them.

Lastly, I would like references not older that 5 years if possible. I understand if not.
