Now it is time to do the final dissertation, I have met my supervisor yesterday and said the following: Change the title from the impact to the issues to the impact of training and development on employee performance at Qatar Petroleum.. so he added the word issues as he said it is general we still do not know if training and development really impact on employee performance we need to know weather it does or not. In addition he said that I can have access to the data because I am sponsored by Qatar Petroleum cooperation and I should contact my supervisor in the company to get their permission to access data. All these things need to be done as part of the dissertation so this should be written as an email included as an index in the dissertation. I also talked to him about the questionnaire and he said it is fine. One more thing to do is I need you to explain in separate file from where you got all the references because he will ask me about it. He asked me also to write down one aim and two to five objectives included on the chapter one. Last but not least please focus on the files attached those should be the guide and the example is excellent if you can do something similar. Please I need the aim and objectives included in (Abstract, project structure, chapter one and two you will find attached the guid and what to put in every section and an example of dissertation) this is need to be done after three days because I have a meeting with him and the completing dissertation after 20 days the time that I have specified. Please include a file to explain all the references and any difficult word he might ask. Please make sure you read everything attached especially the Dissertation tips.
