The idea here is to identify just two key theories in your field. Focus on just two. Who are the theorists and sources of these theories? Refer to key articles or books related to these theories. Describe these theories and analyze the relationship between the two theories. That is how are they similar and how are they different? Explain why these theories are so important to your discipline and how they relate to the research you are interested in conducting. Finally dont forget to include your References at the end. They should include at least five classics or influential works that are related to your theories.
