Stress and coping techniques


    For two weeks I created, managed, and applied a chosen coping or relaxation technique(breathing technique) and kept a journal of my overall well-being. I also had to engage in this reliable technique (breathing techniques) for 10- 15 minutes every day. Before each session, I recorded my overall mood and stress using the Daily Stress and Coping Entry Form I had an entry form for each day. Before and after beginning the project, I evaluated my overall mood. Here are the entry form for each day The one chosen are in bold and underlined.
