This will be my final EMBA project and I need you to write up a report regarding (Stakeholder Management) in an organization, in the beginning I need you to mention the problem statement and then I need you to mention the importance and effectiveness of stakeholder management in an organization and how does it affect positively and negatively in the organization. I need you also to mention the internal stakeholder management and the external stakeholder management and the relation between them. Also I need you to look into the effect of the economical side and mention the stakeholder management styles and best practices around the world. Please consider that I am working in the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi as a public transport Infrastructure Engineer and I am involved in project management of some public transport infrastructure construction projects and the current stakeholder management is poor internally and externally which is affecting the projects in all terms such as time and cost.
I will upload the application form of this project and I did answer the questions but the instructor did not approve it due to some comment which is mentioned in the application form. Please consider the comments and answer the questions. I also need to submit an outline of this report in advance along with the application form, I need the outline plus a very brief description of what will each section discuss. Please note that I need the application form plus the outline by tomorrow same time.
Regarding the report I have selected a 7 days service and please note that I have no more time than 7 days so please stick to the deadline. I also need a 10 slides PowerPoint to be submitted along with the report. The power point should cover all of the outline and only very short bullet points.
