Assignment: Create a scouting report. For this scouting report pick a game on TV such as a college game or NBA game or a local game in your community, i.e. high school, AAU, etc.

1. For the scouting report:
a. have a section of the opposing team’s players.
1. Put their tendencies and how you want to defend those players.
2. Have sections on the opposing team’s offensive and defensive strategies. Providing a section on "key strategies" for preparing and playing the opponent you are scouting is imperative.

Think outside the box and make a scouting report that fits their philosophy and discuss the terminology that is currently used with the team. Please be creative and provide the type of information, including the level and depth of information that you think is the most important for your team to understand and have the best opportunity to successfully defend and offensively attack your opponent. Many scouting reports include statistical information, specific offensive sets and tendencies, defensive sets and tendencies, shot charts, and specific player details (height, weight, etc.). The key is to be detailed and thorough.
