    TASK: To complete our Cold War Unit, you are to write a 7 Page, Double-Spaced essay responding to (1) of the five prompts below. This essay will serve as your main assessment for the Cold War and should be taken very seriously as it is worth 35 Points and will be the last major grade entered before the final exam!
    Guidelines:
    -You are to research and respond to the prompt you chose with the support of a minimum of SEVEN scholarly resources (no Wikipedia, Yahoo Answers, Ask.com, etc.). A minimum of five out of the seven resources should be from educational institutions (.edu sites) and cited properly.
    -Your paper should be written in MLA format, with 12 pt. font and 1 inch margins. You are also expected to have a Works Cited page that includes all of your sources in proper MLA formatting.
    -Plagiarism is an Honor Code Violation at AISE; see Student Handbook for consequences.
    Peer Review Due Date: Student will print a copy of COMPLETED rough draft of the essay (with completed Works Cited Page) and bring it to class for Peer Review on Wednesday, May 25th & Thursday, May 26th. This rough draft will be for a grade and is to be emailed to Mr. Negrete by the start of class if you are NOT in attendance. If a physical copy is not with you when you get to class, you will lose points.
    FINAL DRAFT Due Date: This essay is to be digitally submitted to turnitin.com no later than 8:15AM on Tuesday, May 31stth. Please keep me informed of any issues you are having. The due date is non-negotiable!
