Explain legal problems that can arise due to inappropriate foundation design and construction. You are also required to provide 2 examples of cases which occurred in Australia or overseas.PART B Provide sketches detailing dimensions for standard strip and stiffened raft foundations prescribed by AS2870 for masonry veneer one-storey dwellings. The dwellings are to be constructed at sites in Melbourne classified as class M. The dimensions of the dwellings in plan are 15 x 28 m. Reinforcement details as prescribed by AS2870 should also be provided. State construction requirements for the above foundations which are necessary to ensure compliance with AS2870.
