    read about two resolutions put forth by the National Council of Teachers of English: the “Resolution on the  Students’ Right to Their Own Language” (Kolln & Funk, 2009, p. 12) and the “Resolution on Language Study” (Kolln &  Funk, 2009, p. 13).
