    Further Information for Assignment

    1. To support your analysis and recommendations, in addition to the textbook (Phillips & Gully, 2012), find a minimum of SIX research journal articles (those that describe the undertaking and results/findings from some actual research ? not just a review of the literature) that deal with recruitment and selection (and must be dated 2000 or later). These articles all need to be published in peer reviewed journal articles from academic journals. Reference to direct observations and personal communications may be incorporated as well as relevant organisational documentation, however book chapters and internet sites are not to be used. If you are in doubt regarding the status of the journals you have chosen the articles from, consult Ulrichsweb via the electronic data bases in Griffith Library: http://www.ulrichsweb.com/ulrichsweb/ after searching under ?By Title? under the letter ?U? (type the journal name into the ?Search? box). The other way you can assist to find peer reviewed articles (but not reliable) is to tick the ?peer reviewed? box when you are doing a search in the Business Source Complete database.

    2. Provide an accurate reference list containing references that you actually name/cite in your report) and begin the reference list on a new page. The reference list is not included in the word count.
