Quality Management.

Question 2 (50%):
The Oceanside Apparel Company manufactures bearings. The diameter specified from the bearing is 10mm. Every 1 hour, five bearings are sampled and their diameters are measured and recorded (see Table Q2). Fifteen of these samples of five bearings are gathered.
(a) Choose suitable control charts (with 3-sigma limits), compute CL, LCL, UCL.
(b) Use SPSS to draw control sample points and control charts.
(c) Analyse whether or not the process is in control using the charts.
