PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN – London Underground line upgrade

Assignment is about upgrade of the Northern line, part of London underground. Necessary information about the topic is in a business case provided, find more info in the reference links of that B. case. Further instructions provided in file. Use relevant PM tools and techniques, particularly those underlined in instructions file and describe scope, time, cost, quality, HRM, risk, procurement and communications management.
You can find similar structure in in ‘PM plan sample’ provided, however we will make much shorter and focus (do) mainly those tasks underlined in the Instructions file p.3.
