Practicum Logs

Requirement

 Practicum activities only; non-practicum hours will be deleted, requiring revisions

 Unapproved Activities: observations, shadowing, following or just “participation”, cannot be analyst role/data entry; do not record lunch on logs

 You will be guided to demonstrate active involvement, leadership activities; leading teams, delegation/assigning tasks, developing agendas, develop and present status reports to leadership

 Meetings – if attending a meeting, include the purpose of the meeting, roles of participants (clinical nurse, lab director, etc. ), key issues, and insights on leadership demonstrated during meeting

 Must be hour-by-hour, specific – not bulk hours; do not add more than 1 hr. per line with activities explained
