7. Be sure to put a 0 (zero) in front of the decimal point if your answer is less than 1. Otherwise it will be counted wrong.
8. Remember that you will be unable to safely and reasonably administer some portions of a medication, such as 0.8 tablets or 20.6 gtts. Be sure to round appropriately.
9. Unless directed to do otherwise, your answer should be per dose.
