Background is its history and significance is how large an issue it is. • Perform a literature review of the current evidence on resolving the issue. You must include at least 5 nursing journal articles that address how to resolve the problem. These may NOT be websites and must be articles published in a nursing journal. • Explain your observation of the issue in practice and how the organization is addressing it. • Propose a best practice solution integrating the information from the review of literature and from the perspective you shared from the organization. • Conclude your paper with a summary of the key points of the paper including the proposed solution.
