12 page concept analysis. I wanted to do it on lateral violence (bullying) in workplace (Nurses). I could also do it on heart disease if you think it would be better but that is quite broad. which topic do you think would be better? which ever you decide I will look up peer reviewed articles and upload to you also as part of the rubric I have to discuss use of concept in at lease two diciplines other than nursing and the use of the concept in nursing and my own personal experience so will need to discuss this with you as well. Are you okay with all of this?
