There are four (4) specific requirements to your assignment:
1. You must identify a minimum of four (maximum of 7) slides and relate how the slide content impacts the case. You can show examples, make suppositions, criticize the lack of use, etc.
2. Your analysis/the debate position must be at least 4 pages. Your paper should be typed, double-spaced, font – time new roman/size 12, 1-inch margins
3. Make sure you Identidentify, evaluate, and summarize the main points of the case,
4. Make sure answer the questions that are bottom of the assignment page by discussing each one and make connections with each slides of the chapters uploaded for reference.
5. A little guidance on the psper, in general, Use the questions at the bottom of the case in conjunction with the PDF slides from the chapters as the basis for your analysis. In other words, use the slides to help answer the questions. There is an example paper in the attachments section (This is not a great paper, but basically follows the format that I look for.) Begin each section with the slide number and topic (in bold, please). Then each section should be roughly formatted like this:
6- Provide a synopsis of the theory/content from the slide
7- Examples of how the company uses/follows or does not follow the theory
8- Tell me what you think the consequences are for this action, why it is important and (if you feel so inclined) what you would do differently
9- However, that is just the start. “A” papers can and should move beyond the questions in the analysis. I also look for you to tell me a “story”. The topics chosen should either follow a common thread or present a big picture. The requirements call for 4-7 slides. However, I would prefer a deeper analysis on fewer topics. Finally, please avoid the “definition” slides like What is Marketing?. This is a Masters level class and such definitions don’t typically provide the material for real analysis.
