custody. So therefore you will first have to do a research list. This assignment will help you understand the law. It will also enable me to determine whether you

understand the factors that the court considers in determining the issues of sole physical custody and joint legal custody.

3. In addition to the cases listed above, Please select and read another reliable and relevant Maryland case that addresses factors that the court considers in

physical custody cases between biological parents.
(a) The case must address an initial custody award and not a modification of custody. It must also be a case between two biological parents.
