MOCK IRB REVIEW

For the review you will use lead reviewer check list found at this link: http://www.nova.edu/irb/manual/forms/lead_reviewers_policy.pdf.  Not everything on the form will apply. Make sure you are using the form titled "Lead Reviewer-Evaluation of Protocol" and complete items beginning with Appropriateness of Study Design and ending with Compensation you will submit a 5-6 page write up.

RUBRIC

·         Participation in mock IRB 10 points

·         In write up, summarized ethical issues 20 points

·         In write up, reflected upon role in mock IRB 5 points

·         In write up, approve/disapprove/or request revisions of study and why 5 points
