– A couple of weeks before Ramadhan. (to wear in iftar gatherings)
– During Ramadhan, usually after iftar (7pm onwards).
– Before both Eid al fitter (in Ramadan) and Eid al adh’ha.
– Before summer or right in the beginning of summer.
– Before winter.
– Possibly before Christmas.

– Radio (in Ramadan)
– Banners in exhibitions (in Ramadhan)
– TV (Ramadhan)

The best media to advertise in would be Instagram. People in the UAE didnt know about The Robes before they made an Instagram account. with more than 12k followers, this account would be the best place to post pictures, inform people where will they be at and their contact information.
