Sorry to bother you with this matter, but after I received acknowledgement letter to your resignation from you and you have assured me by saying that “I want to assure you that nothing changes in terms of your end of service benefits and entitlements” the HR officers rejected my rights in in end of service benefit, claiming that because I have resigned I won’t have any right in end of service benefit, I have explained to them about my rights as my job get terminated in 30th of June because of the company is leaving not because of my resignation as per my notice of resignation I have to continue working until 28/08/2015 Other I told them that fact of that all Makkah College staff are getting the end of service benefit, why they excluded me from end of service benefit? It’s absolutely not fair. I work so hard as anyone else within the college and I deserve equal treatment. I was and still very loyal to college and I will continue serving the college until my last working day. Please confirm to me your assurance to me of getting the end of service benefit was not typographical error and I still have the right in end of service benefit the same like anyone else. Kindly if this is the case could I ask you to instruct the HR department with you decision and copy me so i can follow up with them.
