Right to Privacy
An attorney in your office is handling a case on privacy issues. The client has accused her employer of invading her privacy at the workplace. The client has reported that her e-mails are being monitored on a regular basis; her phone conversations are being recorded; and videos are being taken of employees while they are in office.
