    Protecting Staff: Identify the legal obligations that you have to your employees.

    Insurance: Identify the types of business insurance you need, and explain the legal function of each type of insurance.

    Taxes: Determine the types of small business taxes you would need to collect or pay, and explain what legal obligations you would have related to those tax payments.

    Use at least three valid academic resources.
