Leadership Grid

In chapter 7, on page 249 there is a Leadership Grid describing types of management, organized by concern for people and concern for results. Without naming the company, describe a place where you (or a family member/friend) work or worked in terms of this grid. Where does the company fall in the grid? Provide specific examples of decisions made by the company that demonstrate why it should be placed at a point on the grid.
