Job analysis refers to the process of compiling detailed
information about the content, context, and human
requirements of a job. Each student will be required to
perform a job analysis of your dream job upon
graduation. The output of a job analysis is a job
description, which succinctly describes (1) the tasks,
duties, and responsibilities of a job; (2) the knowledge,
skills, and abilities needed to perform the job; and (3)
the performance measures and standards
associatedwith the job. Thus, after performing a job
analysis, you will create the job description for your
dream job.
The job description, which should be approximately 3
pages, specifically, you will need to collect data about
the job from at least two sources using the methods I
provide, and itmust be in the outline format as created
by the software and similar to the numerous examples
on the website. The assignment will be graded on
format, composition, spelling and punctuation, as well
as the content and integration of the data collected for
the project.
Here are two resources you can take a look, but you
can not copy that.
