    Critically evaluate the human resource practices of an international organisation of your choice, assessing the extent to which, in your view:
    1. There is consistency within the various components (e.g. recruitment and selection, training and development, pay and rewards) of the International Human Resource Strategy.

    2. There is an appropriate level of “fit” between the overall international human resourcing strategy followed by the organisation and the broad international or global context in which it operates.

    3. Make relevant recommendations on what elements of the International HR Strategy the organisation should change and adapt to achieve maximum competitive advantage.

    Guidance Notes
     The assignment should be word processed, of approximately 3000 words in length. This word limit is for guidance and while no specific penalties will be applied for exceeding this, you should note that the staff marking will be using Faculty guidelines where the highest marks are awarded to work which demonstrates evaluation and synthesis rather than lengthy description. The assignment should be fully referenced with a bibliography.
     Some guidance on the assignment will be provided during the module.
     Results and feedback will normally be available within three weeks of submission. In addition to a paper copy submission, completed assignments are to be uploaded using the Assignments Tool in Blackboard Learn.

    iv. Critical evaluation and synthesis
