I have thoroughly enjoyed this class and our discussions throughout the modules. This class does a great job of building on the ethics training that Ive received throughout my career in the Air Force. I will be able to use much of what Ive learned especially in my current job of overseeing some of the Air Forces largest contracts. Ethical dealings on both the contractor and the government side are vital to a successful business contract.
Module 1s teachings about emotions and ethics was insightful! It brought clarification to something many of us do which is go with your intuition about a particular choice or decision. Much of the teachings makes us think about all sides of the story and take into account the diverse backgrounds and cultures we come from. Ensuring that our business conduct is moral and ethical is important to the success of our people and business. I will apply all of these concepts to my future business dealings.
