Assignment: Using concepts from the book “REAL COMMUNICATION (second edition)” by Dan Ohare & Mary Wiemann and analyze a movie, or other pop culture artifact (e.g., tv show, book). The paper consists of three parts:
(1) Description of the concepts, any from chapter 1-7 (define and explain material),
(2) Description of the relevant movie scenes (provide a synopsis), and
(3) An application of the concepts to the movie scenes (demonstrate how the content is enacted in the movie). Select an artifact that demonstrates normative personal relationships.
Mechanics: The written analysis should be at least 5 pages in length (not including the references). All papers must be typed (12-point font, preferable), double-spaced, stapled, numbered, and have one-inch margins. Use bold font to identify the concepts used in the paper.
