Please research 4 resources which can be journals and chapters of book and all must be academic resources, three of them must be related to the topic, workplace democracy and one of them must be about critical thinking in business.
Due to the introduction is already on the template, the essay actually could be divided into two parts

First: annotation and critical analysis
Under this part, write a brief discussion on each article( around 150words per article)
Second: summary
Under this part, writ an in-depth analysis and comparison of the links between the articles( arounds 600 words)

The whole essay should not be more than 1200 words except the introduction.
Only four references is needed, which are the 4 articles you choose.

Assessment Criteria

Appropriate selection of relevant sources related to the chosen topic [20%]

Critical analysis of each article or chapter in relation to the topic [50%]

Use of an academic writing style [30%]
