    My business experience

    My business experience begins with a family business when my aunt opened a travel agency (Tour Colorsvida) and I wanted to work with her. I had many ideas and implement them in their agency, I created tour packages had to manage budgets, staff, operations, marketing, management profit and loss of each package as one separate business unit. For 4 years I developed in the department adventure packages. Achieving an annual frequency of 25 package between 20-30 tourists in each event and a profit margin of 50% and the balance point of each package in 10 people, to grow each business unit quickly.

    Then I was hired to manage and supervise local events with drinks and spirits (Diageo), I was responsible for a staff of between 50 to 80 developers and 10 to 15 supervisors, daily events, coordinated inventory of awards, payment control of staff, recruitment, operating costs budget and reporting results. For 6 years, I learned a lot about personnel management, time and schedule control, operations management, inventory and budget a larger scale.

    Then I moved to USA and my most important moments begin when I work on target on staff inventory, where I develop in inventory control, and start my own company (Innova LLC) penetrating in the area of technology, sales and service customer, while working as an employee at night, in the day I used my time to find customers and hire staff to provide technical support, during my experience in my company implement the business project as close to the proposal made, with very slow growth, Im in charge for the budget control. staff management, sales and wholesale to Venezuela and Panama. I learned about control and tax deductible as managing corporate contracts.

    I am currently a partner in a solar energy business where I’m learning about the concept of sustainability and solar energy and how it can generate high income, social benefits and cooperate with the environment, I apply all my history in this business as Director of Operations I handle the costs, operating budgets, recruitment, suppliers, international relations with Venezuela, Colombia, Panama and Dominican Republic, and working together with marketing and sales for strategies to drive new customers and meet annual targets.

    In my story I must emphasize that I studied in my country Venezuela as follows: conflict management, coaching, and career in Bs. in Disaster Management at the University Of The Armed Forces. A career that I could not finish, to leave the country as a refugee from political system for refusing be participate the political system, for the reason that I was leading a university sports league, and events with 200 participants and groups nationwide.

    This has been my experience of business management in 17 years of work history and as a business owner.
