What was good about your work:

You were creative in your presentation by making use of a recorded role play, you worked well as a team and your contribution grid demonstrated input and engagement from all group members. You were able to outline the roles of your profession within the team and identified a few policies.

What you could have done to improve your work:

Unfortunately your presentation has not adequately met the learning outcomes. You spent some time focussing on the learning outcome (inhibiting and enhancing factors) which was not one for the presentation but rather for the written piece.

For the analysis of policy context you mentioned the NMC,DoH 2012, NHS Constitution 2013 and CEMACE but you have not analysed or critiqued them. You could have drawn from reports such as Francis, Winterbourne, Keogh, Berwick which all address the importance of Interprofessional working. You could have also looked at various legislation and guidance.

You outlined your roles but did not critically reflect on them, identifying common issues and points of conflict/difference, you could have also mentioned referral to other professions thereby acknowledging your limitations. Your use of role play although a creative approach to your presentation contained within it an example of what you classed as good Interprofessional working which still had some issues of concern. The patient being central to Interprofessional working did not come across within your presentation.

However as you all individually and collectively shared ideas and collaborated, you will be able to draw on these skills to produce a stronger presentation which addresses the learning outcomes.
