The goal of this assignment is to review two articles that include topics that are relevant to project managers. The two articles (combine for purposes of a summary review) are focused on requirements collection and they are “Visualizing Product Requirements and Specification” and “A Project Managers Perspective: The Importance of Early and Thorough Requirements Capture.”
Write a two page (8.5” x 11”, one inch margins, 11 point Arial, double spaced) summary review of the material presented in the two articles that are focused on capturing requirements. The goal is to gain a better understanding of project related issues and consider how you can apply these lessons/concepts to your own future projects.
Points to consider (but not limit to) in your reviews include:

What are the basic components of the requirements life cycle (according to Kusiak and Tang). What value does the requirements traceability matrix offer? How can visualizing requirements in tree form assist you with planning? How can you apply this information to your own MIP?
NOTE: The material in these two articles should be combined for purposes of writing your summary. Only one summary of this topic is required.
