    Leadership Development: Powerful Times, Powerless Times (20 points)

    One of the keystones to Enabling Others to Act is developing competence and confidence in others. We strengthen others when they feel a sense of power and that they have control over their lives. This assignment has a 750-word minimum NOT COUNTING THE TEMPATE WORDS. (Note: meeting the minimum word count does not guarantee a perfect score.) The assignment will be graded as follows:

    Good (20 points)

    Satisfactory (15 points)

    Unsatisfactory (0-10 points)
