Your goal is to write an 8-10 page argument and persuasion research paper in which you present a compelling argument, supported by credible research, and cited in MLA style. We are going to do this in steps and talk about each component along the way, but you should begin thinking about your topic. You MAY NOT write about your ethics topic. I do encourage you, however, to chose a topic that is related to your career goals and/or interests.You must have 7-10 individual pieces of research, at least five of which must be from the online databases. If you are using the Web, you must double check to make sure that your sources are credible. You should favor .edu, .gov. sources. If you use .com or .org sources, make sure you are aware of the company’s or the organization’s biases. Nothing undercuts your argument more quickly than using prejudiced resources.
