As a minimum, one each of the following would suffice: text book, referred journal, web site (can be company and/or government sites) and newspaper reports.
Other selections deemed appropriate could be sourced from a variety of different authors including: the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) information, company annual reports, university occasional papers, Hansard, and more.
Examples then might be:
• Set Text: Hill, C.W., Cronk. T. & R. Wickramasekera (2014), 3rd ed. Global Business Today: an Asia-Pacific Perspective, McGraw-Hill, Sydney.
• Journal: Journal of International Business Studies, Management International Review, or International Business Review.
• Web site: Company sites of respective companies give insights into what they are doing.
• Newspaper reports: The daily newspapers in Australia are The Australian, Australian Financial Review, (both available in ILC at QUTIC). The Sydney Morning Herald, Adelaide Advertiser, West Australian News are not locally sourced, but along with The Wall Street Journal from New York, all are available in the Gardens Point library.
