involved disparate impact and treatment of workers.
Read the case decision from the Supreme Court opinions rega
rding disparate impact and treatment. You will want to use
your favorite search engine and type in "disparate impact" and "disparate treatment" as this will provide the student with
option in researching cases that the Supreme Court has rendered an opinion
