Discussion – Setting, Characters, and Mood

Discussion – Setting, Characters, and Mood

One of the most common ways that authors establish mood and tone is through the setting and characters of a story. While the who, where, and when of a story may not seem immediately “moody,” when you think about it, the efforts to describe the who, where and when of a story definitely create a mood for the tale.
