Discuss current or past events no more than 5 years old.  Utilize the online library or other scholarly websites to conduct your research.  The reading and writing logs should be at least a minimum of 100 words or more.  The purpose of this log is to get you to reflect on the reading and writing you are doing each day. This will help you to understand what you’re reading better, and help you develop the habit of thinking about how and why you’re writing.
