    Assessment Requirements
    LO1 will be assessed by an individual piece of coursework of approximately 5000 words in length. This assignment is worth 100% of the marks for this module. The coursework is designed to show a critical reflection of the theories and concepts, and the relationships between the theories and concepts presented in the module and their practical application to a real life situation. The coursework will be in two parts:
    Part A: An individual assignment of around 3,500 words: Using the theories to which you have been introduced in the module, students should critically identify the extent to which customer centrality is reflected in an organisation’s various policies, procedures and actions.
    Part B: an individual account of around 1,500 words reflecting on students’ own experiences as a customer of this organisation in relation to the issues they have identified in Part A. This reflection should include a consideration of customer discussions about these issues on relevant social media sites.
