The case is ? catching on? the class is about the cross culture there is an issue. It?s a group work, we have to 1. State the problem concisely, 2. Identifies causes of the problem (refer to CCM theories and literature). 3. Proses specific, actionable solution to the problem. And 4. Related to the UAE-context. ?We already divide the part and my part was. ?The last one, to relate the case the case and theory to UAE context. To have an examples to the related issue and relate the theories to this problem in UAE. ? One of the issues that related to this matter is the Emiratization and the problem that ecure with it. Its like uae is a new country and was a new life for many expertise but now local and younger generation graduated and they need to be employed in these position and this is threatened many expat in UAE, so there is also difficulty in passing the knowledge, they don?t want to give the chances to these ?fresh and want to work locals. And they spred or have this stereotype about the locals and that they don?t want to work and they are lazy and they don?t care for being on time because they already have money. And these type of issues. I hope you understand me. ?Please refer the issue to the case and give another example and relate them to the theories that are listed in the paper. Choose 4 ?if possible. ?
