1. Analyse the current position of CHR plc. (requires an analysis of both the external environment and strategic capability of the organisation).

2. Analyse CHR’s current strategy; discuss its corporate-level management style and how it adds value to the centre.

3. In light of the challenges and opportunities facing CRH in 2010/11, develop a programme of action for Myles Lee and CRH senior management.
