conflict resolution

Think of a controversial conflict scenario. Although you may use Chapter 28 as an inspiration, the scenario you choose may not be victims and offenders. The conflict scenario should include facts that demonstrate how emotions are involved in the conflict. Additionally, the scenario should include information as to how barriers presented by identity, beliefs, gender, and culture influence the conflict situation. Describe how alternative dispute resolution strategies may be used in an innovative way to address the conflict scenario. Explore potential costs and benefits of using the strategies you describe. The paper should be 2-3 pages, not including a title page, abstract and references. At least one outside source (in addition to the required and recommended readings of this class) is expected.
