    For Part 1 of TMA 03, you will write an essay comparing and contrasting different concepts or theories about social science understanding.
    In Block 3 you were introduced to the concepts of social structure and agency and how they are used to inform social science understandings of work and leisure. These concepts appear in many theories/theoretical frameworks in social science, and there are numerous examples in the blocks of how they relate to work and leisure. Both concepts are also closely linked to values – ideas about what society ought to be like and why this matters. You may want to consider how values are embedded in the way the concepts and different theories of agency and structure are used to explain the topics of work and/or leisure.
    Please note that the question asks you to consider work and/or leisure. This means you are free to draw on examples from across the whole of Block 3. You can choose to focus on
